I finally did it. The thing that had been poking at me over the last year; the website I had visited several times since moving to Tennessee. I signed up for yoga teacher training (YTT).
You may be like what the hell, Lesley? Honestly, same.
But, YTT was one of those ideas that I kept hearing myself think.
For a year +, I ignored it, telling myself it was expensive and had nothing to do with my professional goals — still technically true. However, on March 1, I felt a pull to go look into YTT, to see when the spring training began. Turns out, it was on March 1.
With zero time to waste or to overthink, I signed up. I assured myself I’d figure out the cost somehow as well as why I was feeling called to do it. I chose to be excited, rather than fearful, about the uncertainty.
