One of the benefits of living in such an interconnected world is that we know what’s happening in real-time. It’s also one of the costs. The ongoing fires in Los Angeles are horrifying, devastating. It feels like talking about anything else is inconsequential. I have a piece on quantum technology that I can’t wait to publish. I have so many astrological and political updates to share. But this week is not the time. Instead, I’m mourning alongside those who have lost their homes, their livelihood, and their lives.
