This Week Could Mark a Significant Shift in Financial Markets & Geopolitics
Every 18.6 years, when the North Node moves into Aquarius, the stock market tends to bottom out. Tomorrow, the North Node moves into Aquarius. And then there's February 20.
The North Node in Aquarius and Your Investments
For several months, I’ve been really into financial astrology — the idea that you can track the planetary movements to predict market shifts and timing. I’m not the only one who finds this alignment fascinating — allegedly, J.P. Morgan once said that “millionaires don’t use astrology, billionaires do.”
In fact, it’s long been rumored in financial circles that many ultra-wealthy people consult astrologers to help guide their stock trading, financial decision-making, and electional choices (when they do something) for business decisions to yield the greatest success.
…May sound hokey, but, if there’s anything we’ve learned from the Epstein files, it’s that, sometimes the wildest claims may in fact have some truth to them…
Just ask Elon. Apparently, Elon is using electional astrology — eyeing a Venus - Jupiter (two planets representing the greatest benefics of luck, fortune, abundance) conjunction (alignment), in mid-June — to launch SpaceX’s Initial Public Offering (IPO).
Really interesting stuff, gaining a new purview into the previously veiled decision-making of traders, billionaires, and the other elite figures. Both astrologically and Epstein-files-ly.
I digress.
Anyways, I’ve been reading about financial astrology indicators, such as Mercury retrogrades (Mercury rules commerce/trading), sign-based advances, and North Node —or eclipse—shifts.
One note in particular caught my eye. Financial astrologer, M.G. Rucho, argues that, whenever the North Node moves into Aquarius —every 18.6 years — economic activity hits a low point and the “stock market tends to bottom out.”
Well, dear reader, although the eclipse nodes don’t officially switch signs until July 26, we are in eclipse season as the North Node moves into Aquarius, tomorrow (2/17). Eek.
I hesitated to write this before I could figure out exactly what the timing is — does it count if the Nodes are switching back and forth between signs and the full cycle hasn’t begun yet?
To be honest, I’m not sure, but it might.
We do, however, have a bit of a protection lined up.
The Protection…until July.
20th century financial astrologer Louise McWhirter noted that when Jupiter is in the sign of Cancer, the tenor of economic activity is influenced in a good way, regardless of the Node’s sign. Lucky for us, though Jupiter is retrograde, it is currently in Cancer.
It moves into Leo, however, June 29… so that July 26 date looks a bit hazardous. Plus Uranus will have officially moved into Gemini, which can “influence the tenor of economic activity in a bad way.”
The question is whether or not Jupiter in retrograde can offer enough protection. If so, we may have some time to plan over the next few months. If not, we may be on the brink of some big financial uh ohs or market volatility this week.
On top of the North Node moving into Aquarius, a Mercury perihelion (Mercury’s closest movement to the sun), occurs on February 19, indicating some sort of market shift.
When I tell you this man is not a “woo woo” guy… I mean he is pulling out fibonacci equations and trigonometry formulas… here’s a line from his chapter on Mercury:
“Mathematical determinations have shown that Mercury’s gravitational torque can be expressed by the Torque Index Equation…it is the absolute value of the cosine of the angle subtended between heliocentric mercury and another planet.”
Had to re-read that chapter a few times. Had no clue that when I became an astrologer I’d also have to be a mathematician— and this coming from someone who conned her way out of pre-cal and never hoped to use math again!
He then somehow relates this formula to the price of gold (and it’s bullish development), but I can’t begin to explain that.
The North Node in Aquarius
What I can talk about is what we might be in store for this week (or July, if the cycle doesn’t start until then). I hope I’m wrong, but, unfortunately I was right about Bitcoin falling once Uranus (sudden changes) stationed direct in Taurus (material security) on February 3. On February 5, Bitcoin plummeted 11% in a single day.
The issue with tomorrow’s North Node in Aquarius eclipse is that it is square (in tension) with that same Uranus in Taurus. Suggesting the potential for a financial shakeup and market volatility. Does it mean the stock market is going to bottom out tomorrow? Not necessarily. Could it? Sure. Will it over the next 2.5 years? The data suggests that to be the case.
Just as a note, the last time the North Node entered Aquarius was 2008.
The astrologer duly notes that, “traders and investors should not be surprised to see another financial crisis in late 2026 and into 2027 that potentially rivals the one experienced in 2008.” (especially if concerns over private credit defaults spills over into the regional banking sector)
The good news about this is that, if it does happen, it’s not going to last. Historically, when the North Node leaves Aquarius and moves into Capricorn/Sagittarius — as it will in 2028 — the economy returns to normal.
So, what does this mean for tomorrow? I’m an astrologer not a psychic, but, if I had to guess, then I’m assuming that this week there’s a big financial scare or some market moving news (maybe to do with private credit or stable coins — though in Aquarius I think it’s probably related to AI) that portends the kind of financial calamity we are looking at later this year.
I’m not telling you this to scare you, or fear monger, rather, I’d rather share this pattern analysis and information with you now, than ignore it. Pay attention to the news.
And, well, that’s not the only thing I have to share with you…
The North Node in Aquarius is only one of the important transits this week.
The Saturn-Neptune Conjunction & Politics
On February 20, Saturn and Neptune will make a 0 degrees conjunction into Aries. This is big time astrology. The last time Saturn and Neptune made a conjunction, the Berlin Wall fell. In mundane (political) astrology, Saturn represents structures, law, rule, boundaries, borders, and Neptune represents dissolution, ideals, collective opinion, media etc.
I wrote about this some last year — how every time Saturn-Neptune come together, Russia goes through some sort of massive transformation.
It’s not the only one. Countries or territories, and figures with important Saturn Neptune placements will likely be even more prominent (Puerto Rico, James Talarico, etc.).
The Epstein Files
Saturn and Neptune also digs up old files and exposes hidden, institutional realities that have remained carefully guarded.
Saturn and Neptune first made a planetary connection back in July 2025— when we learned that the DOJ wouldn’t turn over the Epstein files. They have continued to move towards each other since:
Especially when Neptune stationed direct on December 10 — we got the first tranche of Epstein files December 19, but people didn’t really react as much (Pisces = asleep).
As when it moved into Aries (anger) on January 26 — and then four days later we got the second tranche of the Epstein files.
Jeffrey Epstein himself was born under a Saturn Neptune conjunction, so this is quite literal.
Notably, right after the Saturn Neptune exact conjunction, we have Bill and Hillary Clinton testifying to Congress (on Feb 26 and 27). While the Clintons are demanding that the hearings be public, House Oversight Committee Chair is insisting on private sessions. Regardless of the structure, based on the astrological data, we can expect significant revelations.
Geopolitics and Collective Movements
Notably about this Saturn-Neptune transit, is that is this their first exact conjunction in Aries, one of the only interactions they will have this year, and the beginning of a new 36-year cycle.
So, that means Feb 20 is going to be a big day for many countries. For Russia, for China, for Putin and Xi (who both have Saturn Neptune conjunctions), for the Iran-Israel conflict which began under a Saturn Neptune conjunction, and for the Epstein files (as we’ve discussed).
I think the days/news following this will be game-changing, defining the tone of the next several years.
Saturn-Neptune cycles also coincide with the rise of ideological movements, particularly rooted in collective grievances. Based on the data, I believe that we are going to see a rise in the popularity of socialism, whether that’s democratic socialism, something more akin to Marxist socialism, or a new version of an old ideology.
It’s also worth noting that, according to Andre Barbault’s Planetary Cycles, a new Saturn-Neptune cycle brings “the wolf out of the forest, human need increases the collective demands of a frustrated population which has no hope. So, this conjunction is about popular insurrections that are usually fired by ideological beliefs.”
Some popular insurrections that took place under a Saturn-Neptune conjunction: Boston Tea Party (1773), Latin American countries gaining their independent from Spain (starting 1809); arrival of Marxism which led to a proletariat movement around Europe (1846); Russian Revolution (1917).
The Takeaway
Even if nothing major happens this week, keep an eye out for headlines and events that suggest what is to transpire over the next few months. To be honest though, based on the data, I really think this is one of those weeks that even if it may look ordinary, in hindsight, marks the beginning of a major shift and larger pattern. Although, I’m not even sure it will look ordinary. Hence why I’m writing to you about it.
If I’m wrong, that’s completely fine. But, historical astrology often indicates patterns in the sky that portend to rhyming events below. Again, it’s just information, you can do with it what you like.
Final Thoughts
I know this is a lot, but, again I felt like it was important to share. If you wanna know more, feel free to reach out to me. If you’re in Chattanooga, come take my class on the ABC’s of astrology, or my political astrology course this week at the Chattery! Sign up here
And if you want to know how this will affect you (because yes it will absolutely affect everyone 100% no ifs ands buts fors nors), then book a reading with yours truly. I’ll help you interpret the data and show you how to work with it/create an action plan.
I’ll hopefully see you this weekend for what I’m sure is to be an interesting recap. If not, I’ll work on it next week while moving to the big city (NY readers hit me up!)
Oh, also, I have an Epstein files breakdown which I will be sharing soon. But it’s a broader, systemic analysis that takes time and research. :)
